Srinivasan, popularly known as Srini, is one of the founders of the firm. He has many years of experience in the fields of information technology & security, management consultancy and management assurance having conducted specialised assignments across varied industries. His professional focus areas include corporate Governance & management assurance, operational due diligence, information systems design & integration, information security consulting & audits, forensic audits, cost control & management and corporate restructuring. He travels widely across the globe to conduct consulting assignments and operational due diligence reviews.

He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Graduate Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Joseph’s College, Trichy, University of Madras.

He is a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and ISACA, USA. He is professionally active as a speaker in many seminars and conferences. He holds key positions in industry chambers and also active in social service through not for profit organisations like Rotary.
